FUNFETTI Cookies

1 Box Cake Mix

1/3 cup Oil

2 Eggs

1 container of Premade frosting (I like the cream cheese kind) or I make my own

Mix till throughly blended, then I useds a small cookie scoop to make the cookies more uniform. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes and frost befor totally cooled. 

You can do the frosting any color you choose I made them a 2nd time and they turned out just as amazing.

these were made the same way with a box of chocolate cake mix. 

If you wish to frost which I will the next time I make them buy a can of chocolate frosting. 

Or you can make your own favorite frosting. 

Most importantly enjoy and try to share them but it is hard.

Lunch Lady Brownies

A lovely recipe I found on pintrest and have gotten rave reviews. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

grease and flour 9x13 Pan

1 cup butter melted

2 cups sugar

1/2 cocoa powder

Mix all of that together in your mixer until throughly mixed then add

2 cups flour

4 eggs

4 tsp vanilla

Pour into prepared cake pan you will need to spread as this is very thick bake for 20-25 minutes while baking prepare frosting

Frosting Recipe

1/2 cup softened butter

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cocoa powder

3 cups of powdered sugar

After brownies have cooled for about 10 minutes spread frosting on top with a rubber spatula let cool and then cut and enjoy!!!!   

Salted Vanilla Caramels

Salted Vanilla Caramels By Pamila

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup light corn syrup

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt
... at the end 4 tsp vanilla once it hits soft ball stage

stir until its 245 degrees... then add vanilla
Make sure you line the pan with parchment paper.
To cut use a knife with a non stick spray on it or oil.
Once it starts to cool add sea salt to the top.
Best to let it sit overnight before cutting it.

Wrap in Waxed Paper.
