Salted Vanilla Caramels

Salted Vanilla Caramels By Pamila
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup light corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt
... at the end 4 tsp vanilla once it hits soft ball stage

stir until its 245 degrees... then add vanilla
Make sure you line the pan with parchment paper.

To cut use a knife with a non stick spray on it or oil.
Once it starts to cool add sea salt to the top.

Best to let it sit overnight before cutting it.
Wrap in Waxed Paper.
Share or hide them and enjoy them yourself!
